ChainMahjong Garden is a calm, beautifully illustrated mahjong game for iPhone and iPad. Three worlds, named after the three dragon tiles, hold two very different games: a fast chain-building tile crawl, and classic mahjong solitaire. It is for anyone who wants an unhurried puzzle to sink into - no timers, no pressure, and nothing that can be lost. The Fold is a forward-pressing tile crawl built on chains. The terrace and ring boards are traditional mahjong solitaire. - Every solitaire board is guaranteed solvable, with Hint and Reshuffle for when a board goes quiet. - Game Stats drawn as a constellation you can explore, not a table of numbers. - A vault of twelve collectable seals to earn, including one that stays hidden until you are close to it. - Zen Mode: four atmospheres, a slow breathing rhythm, no score and no clock. - Portrait throughout, one-handed, and fully playable offline. HOW TO PLAY: 1. Tap PLAY and choose a world. 2. Read the short briefing, then tap START GAME. 3. In The Fold, you hold one tile. Tap or drag onto one of the three tiles ahead of you. Match it to take the pair and lengthen your chain - every further match in a chain scores higher. If it does not match, you trade tiles and lose a measure of focus. The board advances after every step, and the run ends when your focus runs out. 4. In solitaire, tap a free tile and then its match. A tile is free when nothing rests on top of it and one of its sides is open; blocked tiles are shaded so you can see at a glance what is playable. Clear the board. 5. Leave whenever you like.
