Chairgun has been an awesome addition to my match shooting. Love the reticle option. Load your data and start shooting. Great job on the app.

A highly functional product, more than I require for an air rifle. However, It appears free but some functions have automated subscription attached, with no option but to continue or close it down!

Awesome app, seems similar to strelok that it’s familiar but it’s missing some newer optics. Would be awesome to see the new vortex scope in there!

It gives absolutely accurate solution,
Paid for it on another computer, cannot use it without continuous re-payment via subscription
Charge for it then extort re-payment via subscription. Considering computing devices are obsolete every 2 years, it's a total rip-off. Vultures profiting off the ban of Strelok Pro.
Give me a one time payment option.
It’s great. It’s everything I want in a ballistic app that cant be acquired from the comrades but for effs sake just make it a one time purchase. $20 and I’d be all in. This nickel and dime over time is dumb. I guess that’s what you get when it’s not comrade owned.

Best thing since Strelok
Since Strelok went away a few years so I was looking for an alternative. I’ve used Chairgun as a paying customer for a long while now and it is at least as good, if not better than Strelok.

This shouldn’t be a subscription
Functionally, this seems like a 1-1 clone of Strelok Pro, which I really liked and kept using until I got a new phone. If it was a one-time purchase, I’d gladly pay $10-15 for it, even now that I’ve found out the hard way that paying for something on the App Store doesn’t mean you’ll always be able to download it. The free version does seem to do the math just fine, so I’ll keep the free version and just deal with not having reticle options, but I’ll never support a subscription model for something that’s not a live service.

It’s a very nice app, however, don’t bother with the free version.
It gives you ‘free’ go, then every time the app is opened it very cleverly locks a function (such as choose a reticule or a ballistic calculation) so you get so far through your calculations and then it wants you to subscribe weekly or monthly.
Each time you switch on app or reload it, it very cleverly locks a different segment of the calculations
I appreciate developers need paying, but just give limited features on the free version if you’re offering one.
Go straight for the ‘buy’ version.

Después de meter todos los datos, ahora me pone que pague
Después de meter los datos perdiendo mucho tiempo, ahora me dice que tengo que pagar y si no no me deja calcular no sé si en la versión gratuita solo te deja un número de uso al día o cómo está limitada. la aplicación en principio está bien está traducida a español. Parece que tiene datos actualizados y si no fuera por este problema hubiera puesto muy buena nota. Estaría bien que la versión gratuita te dejará por lo menos añadir tres rifles y a partir de tres rifles ya tuvieras que comprar la versión de pago que la versión de pago durará para toda la vida y no hubiera que comprarla año año.

10$ a year is down right ridiculous, this app is mid at best.

After trial, requires a paid subscription. The app is good but there are free apps available that do the same thing.
