Fix the bugs
I’m a top seller on the app for several years now and I’m perpetually frustrated by the slowwwwww app in terms of listing an item. There have been several times when it won’t load the photos and as it’s loading photos it won’t allow you to go to the next prompt. It wastes so much unnecessary time. Plus now customer service is mostly overseas, and what felt like a high end boutique app now feels more corporate and massive. I just don’t understand why the bugs aren’t fixed with the app and why they have raised the rates of commission so high.

Need Filters!!!!
Why oh why can you not filter by size/dimension in the app?? And why on certain things?? If I input “candlesticks” into the search engine, I should be able to filter by size!!!! I’ll shop on 1st Dibs every time because of this.
Very frustrating
I have so much trouble uploading photos from my phone to listings in my app. It says error and takes up so much of my time I haven’t been able to list anything. I emailed and they offered to upload the photos for me and instead they just made a new listing instead of the one I was working on.
