Do u really expect people to rent not (BUY) as you advertise a power bank for 139 without any other options besides RENTING for a whole month I needed it one time and I was willing to pay up to 50 riyals to charge my phone for one time but 139 and a whole month thing is just plain ridiculous, to sum up the idea is great but the execution is awful.

اجهزه ما تشتغل وخدمة عملاء اسوء
للاسف اني اشتركت بالخدمة بعد ما شفت الجهاز قدامي بالمحل وكان شغال، وبعد ما سحبوا مني الفلوس يقول لي الجهاز اصلا ما يشتغل! والاسوء ان بعد ما وضحت هذا الخلل لخدمة العملاء يردون بكل ازدراء ان مافيه مسترجعات و يطلبون منك تنبهم على اي اجهزة ما تشتغل 🤣
ما ادري هي نصب واحتيال ولا شركة فاشلة ولا كلهم على بعض

Bad experience!
The service is really confusing! And the customer service are so rude!!!! Unacceptable service, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all. this creative business need a professional operator.

Great Solution for impractical power banks!
I loved their business model.. it is simple for about a Riyal a day you get an access to a network of power banks 24/7 !! You simply cannot run out of power without the need to carry a heavy power bank with you all the time or forget to charge it 😬 Thanks Chaizer for such a great solution 👏🏼

هذا التطبيق مهم جداً ، بدال ما تشيل معك تقريباً 7 باور بانك وأسلاك هذا شاحن واحد فقط ومعه 3 اسلاك منه وفيه على نفس الشاحن وتقدر كل ماخلص تروح اي جهاز وتبددل واليوم الواحد يحسب عليك تقريباً ريال واحد فقط اذا اشتركت سنه ، وخدمة العملاء افضل خدمة عملاء شفتهم إلى الآن 👌
Innovative and brilliant idea
As if it’s not enough that i have to charge my phone every night, imagine having to remember to charge a power bank aswell. This is why Chaizer holds a special place in my life, it gets you off the charging hook! Whenever you need to charge, wherever you are, just look up a station and take a power bank! If it runs out of battery? Just switch it! Magnificent, i truly wish you all the best and for more success in the future🙏🏼

مافي وضوح بالشروط من البداية، يحمسونا نشترك على اساس بعد انتهاء الاشتراك نقدر نستخدمه ونشحنه بنفسنا بس للاسف الاجهزة ما تنشحن بالبيت لو خليتوها ع الكهرب ١٠ ساعات ما تشحن.

I purchased a charger through this app and never received my charger.
I tried to contact help and support through the same app but it directs me to another application “whatsap “and an unprofessional person replied with no help.
I lost a small amount of money dealing with this unprofessional scam but hopefully i can increase awareness and prevent others from having to go through the same issue.

No English support
Though the idea is good, there is no English language support

ممتازه الفكرة لكن مبلغ التأمين لا يزال عالق في الحساب و كلما اتبعت التعليمات الاسترجاع يظهر لي ان هناك خطأ.

Unsuccessful transactions
I tried to do the payment through my two cards one American and one Saudi card in both the payments didn’t go through... The service and the convinced places that you guys provides your services is great but in my first experience I faced this issue which makes me disappointed. Please fix this issue.
