I’ve had this app for several years and it is my go-to. Just listening to the tones with waves in the background (you can choose from many other natural sounds) helps me to relax. I often use it before bed to help me unwind and feel more centered.

Lovely little meditation app
I think the interface on this application is perfect. Super simple and visually pleasing from a design perspective. I’ve had it for years, and have downloaded and inevitably deleted a million other programs trying to do something similar over that span of time. Doesn’t feel like most of the bigger mental health/meditation apps. No barfy upselling or slick marketing extras.

Initially this app was part of a process to here I had begun to dip my toes in the waters of chakras, meditation and all things mindfulness. Overall a good app, with various different options, and helps with sleep and overall relaxation. While I can’t promise that it helps balance my chakras - I feel better afterwards.
