Feeling Balanced
I am glad I downloaded. It’s super simple but allows me to clear my heads with either the chakra specific sounds or some of the relaxation tracks it’s has. Plus the Mindful minutes integration is nice!
Just what I was looking for!
Once you start a trial you’ll hear sounds from the 7 chakras as well as a handful of other sounds. The timers make it easy to dedicate 5, 10 or more minutes at a time for meditation and self care.
