Heathrow to home experience was great
Navan (believe ) that’s his name . Was a v polite and courteous young man . Took my case for me to the car. I was concerned that I couldn’t communicate with him about my delayed flight . But he was v chilled about the pick up . So would be good to have a facility on the app that allows the customer to liaise directly with the driver like Uber? Highly recommend this young man a credit to Chalfont taxis
