Chalkline: Site Photo Log

Every photo you take on site is stamped, as you take it, with the job name, the date and time to the second, the address and the GPS coordinates. There is nothing to write up afterwards. When the job is finished, the whole record exports as a single PDF — grouped into before, during and after — ready to send to a customer, a loss adjuster or a solicitor. BUILT FOR PROVING WORK • Time, date, address and coordinates burned into the photo itself • Before, progress and after stages, tagged as you shoot • Arrows and circles to point at the crack, the leak or the damp • Your customer signs off on your phone, timestamped in the report • Every photo fingerprinted with SHA-256 at capture, so you can show it has not been edited since WHY IT MATTERS Snagging disputes, retention held back at practical completion, damage blamed on you weeks after you left the site — they all come down to what you can show. A photo with no date and no location proves very little on its own. Chalkline gives your record a spine. YOUR REPORT, YOUR NAME Add your logo, business name and registration or licence number once, and they head every report you send. The document reads as yours, not as output from an app. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL No account, no sign-in, no server. Your photos and job records stay on your phone and in your own iCloud. Reports generate offline, which matters in a basement, a plant room or halfway up a scaffold. TWELVE LANGUAGES English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Japanese and Simplified Chinese, including the permission prompts — useful on a mixed site. FREE AND PRO The free plan covers three active jobs and adds a small Chalkline line at the foot of exported reports. Archived jobs do not count towards the limit, so finishing a job is never penalised. Chalkline Pro removes both and puts your branding — logo, business name and licence number — at the head of every report. Chalkline Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, each with a one-week free trial. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings.
