Difficult to use
When this app launched I was unable to log in. There is means to contact Public Opinion for help on this. So until I was able to get off work to call during business hours AND find a phone number to call for assistance I lost a month. They don’t cover much local news so I know I didn’t miss much, but I still paid for a service I did not receive. While the lady oh the phone was very nice and was able to help me log in, they refused to make me right financially. Plus I found out in my search for a phone number I was being vastly over charged for the subscription that is difficult to use. I’m very disappointed in a Public Opinion and Gannett. Their policies feel almost predatory and I have marked to calendar to cancel my subscription next year. It’s sad to see what was once a decent publication become so lacking.

Not bad. Shouldn't have to hit obituaries tab twice to get them. Don't like the per month limit on how many articles you can read

Online obituaries have not been available through the app for a week or so but are available at the online version of the PO - fix the app!

No way to access current days paper. Articles shown are weeks or months old. Impossible to use logically

If the articles can’t be accessed without a subscription, please indicate that up front.
Can’t unsubscribe
It’s a great app, but I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel my subscription for 4 years. They assure me it is cancelled and I’ll get my money refunded. Never happens, then a year later they take another $30 from me.
