Finally stuck with something longer than a week
Usually I download apps like this, use them for 2 or 3 days, then forget about them. I’m still using this one. The garden and challenge system make it weirdly easy to keep going. Also, the meditations are actually good.
Gamification did what willpower never could
I’ve tried habit apps before and always stopped after a few days. This one feels different. The garden thing really keeps me coming back, and for once I actually want to stay consistent.

This is what self-care actually looks like
What I like is that it makes self-care feel simple and doable. Not a huge thing, just a few minutes a day that I can actually stick with. I’ve been feeling calmer since I started using it.
The book summaries alone are worth the download
I came for the meditation stuff but ended up loving the book summaries more. I tried the Atomic Habits one and the chat part was surprisingly helpful. Didn’t expect to use that feature this much.
