Champions Community Connect

Champions Community Connect is an online initiative of the Champions Community Foundation. CCC is for the members of our Titan community to share stories, comments, and interests, as well as, to promote online events, Titans in-person events, and other activities. Titan Wheelchair Sports is an initiative of Champions Community Foundation and primarily serves physically challenged young adults who have aged out of high school programs and thereby no longer have the opportunity to participate in youth athletic and social programs. Our participants are young adults with physical disabilities, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, and physical injury — some of whom also have some minor or secondary intellectual challenges.
