Locking out issue
It seems everyone I go out of town this app locks me out. I have spoken to Champlain National bank and they are aware of this problem. It also locks you out if you swipe out in the middle of it opening. Your sign on name and password do not work after this and you have to call to get unlocked again making another password. Very frustrating.

Open quickly slow to load
Me and several friends and family members are about to change banks, due to this app, the app will recognize you quickly on our iPhones then once we are all in our then once we click on our account to view purchases we can’t cause it just sits there loading, mind you we waited and watched for nearly a hour and still loading and unable to scroll through our account purchases, this is ridiculous and a waste of time. Fix this problem or you will lose a lot of customers.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and they’ve never let me down. This app is simple and intuitive.

My first review complained about the balance not being there. I've taken that one down. Now the balance is there along with amounts of transactions made. Good job champlain national.
Very limited banking app
Needs a lot of improvement to bring this app in line with other banks. Hope the bank devotes some time to improving the functionality of the app including remote check deposits.
