This app is rubbish, every day there are problems trying to book classes, always buffering and requesting to log back in.
Unreliable
Works sometimes and then has weeks of not working. Can’t cope with members all accessing it at the same time when classes go live to book. Very irritating app.

Stupidly incompetent app. Always breaking down. Wrong information being shown.
I’m constantly being locked out of it, and when I go to try and resolve it by changing my password it’s telling me (without showing me what I’ve input) that the ‘confirmation’ of the ‘new password’ “does not match”, when I’ve simply pasted the new password in!
Why do Champneys keep using it? There’s got to be better ones out the there.

Worst app ever
This app glitches often when trying to book a class - very frustrating!
Terrible
Being a champneys member and using this application for over a year, I’m shocked by how many times the application fails, it is really poor.
It needs completely redesigning and starting all over again.

Faulty can’t see my bookings
Cant see my booked sessions won’t stay on screen keeps reverting to home page . I’m Not impressed I’m new to using app !
