Changelog Brief Desk is a paid, local-first notebook for turning manual product changes into clear customer-facing changelog briefs and release risk receipts. Add rows with brief label, change scope, audience note, impact note, customer copy, QA note, priority, checklist state, and status. Review briefs that are draft, reviewed, missing impact, customer-risk, or ready, then copy a release risk receipt or share a CSV when you choose.
