Re-watched series 1; it is so realistic and has some good morale standpoints. The fake news aspects portrayed really well. The identification of what fear would make people do and believe, rings so true today.

But a few tweets required… subtitles - Walter Presents - need improving - how about adjustable? White on a clear background - not great. Also 4K or UHD - is it coming?

The Channel 4 streaming app is incredibly frustrating to use. Almost every time I pause a video and then try to play it again, the app stops working properly. The video freezes, and the only way to get it working again is to completely close and restart the app. This happens so often that it ruins the viewing experience. It’s disappointing because the content is great, but the app itself is unreliable and needs serious improvements to its playback stability.

CAN’T CAST
Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t cast anything live, same on the TV app it will say ‘live’ but won’t have anything live available. If you’re not lucky enough to have access to channel 4 via the cable into the tv, or have an older tv which doesn’t have the WiFi Freeview, there’s no way to watch live. Unless of course you watch it on your phone, god forbid we’re able to cast it to a tv. Shocking.

paid for the subscription yet i’m still getting adverts, account says subscription is active however
channel 4 + subscription
i payed for channel 4 + and it says no ads yet there is still ads on some videos/series what's the point of paying for a subscription so there isn't adverts and you still have to watch 30s - 1 minute adverts every 10 minutes of the video/series.

Fantastic App but it would benefit from a couple of improvements. We watch a lot of the Walter Presents offerings - Great TV, but the subtitles in white on a clear background are not good. How about adjustable subtitles developers; font size & colour and background colour options? Second of the couple - I guess the F1 video is provided by SLY who film in 4K UHD? As an avid viewer of your F1 programmes - how about you broadcasting on App using UHD?
