This app is great to support your daily practice. It keeps track of your daimoku and goals. It helps with morning & evenings prayers & basic chanting. Has access to many supportive resources. I love it!

Daily Encouragement
I would like to be able to go back to specific daily encouragement passages.
Also, you list support options. I, however, have never received a response when I submitted an inquiry.

Useful but clunky
I’m just here to say that this is useful because it’s better than filling in little boxes on pieces of paper, but just a few little QA tweaks would really help. I think my biggest issue is that you cannot re-order your goals and by default, the oldest goals are first, which is a pet peeve of mine as a QA person. I would never release an app that did that.

Great app- I love the way to keep track of my chanting
I love the app, I reinstalled it after a few years, I love the option of sending Daimoku via text to someone of a session that I had completed. Gongyo @ different speed with a clear pronunciation is wonderful!

Sound stopped working
I keep being asked to review but obvious the developer has not been making regular updates based on customer feedback, so I’ve always declined reviewing. I used to promote this app earlier but now I’m planning to shift to something else because first I had problems with sound and now sound has just stopped completely! I use sound with my hearing aids because in some places I can’t chant aloud. But now I can use this app anymore sadly.

Making money of a free Buddhist practice is disgusting.
Booster Gongyo and Daimoku
My wife and I use the app to boost our Gongyo and Daimoku to make it seem like a group, and amplify it more with a Bluetooth Speaker! Good to be able to record amount chanted as well!
Good but needs improvement even with the UpGrade
It is very difficult to view the time one has chanted because if one chants several times each day..the Date, Time of day, & Day of the week are easily visible but the actual amount of time one has chanted is frequently unreadable.

I download ChantBuddy as soon as it became available I have had it for some years close to 10 probably I love it it has allowed me to memorize and stay accurate on my chanting. I love that it’s on my phone. I can take it with me wherever I go I have had no issues at all.💙
