After downloading the game and opening it, I got a popup telling me that I purchased this game under a different account (which I did not), and to log into that account. I tapped ok and the game hung on the dev logo screen, and that was it. I deleted and reinstalled, and the same thing happened. Looks like a fun game tho!

Feels like a story that was waiting to be told. Game combines really fun play with interesting graphics and a good level of challenge while being suitable for casual players. I loved, loved, loved the story arc, and the revelation at the end perfected the concept of interactive philosophy and learning through play. Well done team!

Amazing artwork, great music, immersive gameplay, challenging without being frustrating, a language nerd’s paradise. (If you create a sticker pack for all the glyphs, I’ll buy it). Hoping for a sequel, but that’s probably asking too much.

Game Crashed
I wanted to play this game and make a YouTube video of it coz it looked amazing but it didn’t even open up, just a hourglass was on my screen the whole time. I kept it on for some time but nothing changed. Please fix this bug, I wanna play this game.

Hi! This crash happens because your device has less than 4 GB of RAM, which prevents the game from running properly. When an app uses too much memory, iOS automatically closes it. Love it, but
During the last chase the game got stuck on a black screen, nothing would allow me to continue to the ending sadly. But the whole experience up until that point was very cool and super unique, if there was an update to fix it, i’d highly recommend this game!

Incredible. So worth it.
I adored this game. Challenging but not impossible, clever balance of puzzles and action, and a beautiful story. I did need to use a walkthrough at one or two points, but the game is also set up so that if you are more patient than me and make enough guesses, you’ll be able to keep going. Pretty well adapted for playing on a phone, though the tiny indicator dots for things to interact with are a little tricky to tap sometimes. Overall, excellent game, and definitely worth the price for the full game after the demo.

Terrific. Amazing art – really helps create the sense of wonder and otherness. This is great for people who love puzzle games or narrative adventure games. The language puzzling mechanic is quite unique and very satisfying to solve – a puzzle game brain workout, but you're also rewarded with a sense of constant discovery as you learn the history of the world. Just a really wonderful piece of worldbuilding.

I loved playing this game. I keep telling people about it. Beautiful graphics and music, really engaging puzzles, and I loved the level of difficulty. The decoding and translating was so fun for me in a nerdy, linguistics-loving way, and the puzzle solutions weren’t always immediately obvious but weren’t so frustrating that I had to go consult a wiki just to work it out. LOVED IT thank you devs

Tellement bon qu’on en oublie les bugs
Avec son ambiance énigmatique, son thème visuel prononcé et son histoire intrigante, ce jeu m’a captivé du début à la fin, malgré un bug qui m’a fait recommencer tout le jeu alors que j’étais sur la dernière ligne droite. Pour un jeu mobile, Chants of Sennaar est une claque absolue qui nous rappelle que certains jeux peuvent échapper au traitement habituel des jeux mobiles. J’y rejouerai sûrement une fois de plus pour essayer les autres fins
