Game disabled?
For the past 2 days the game apparently has been “disabled” is what the 1032 error message tells me. I haven’t even been able to play it yet so I’m just going to uninstall and move on

Change of hero mechanics 2 month in
Just when you think you understand the game, they think your too powerful so they changed the hero mechanics of how it level to make it harder to be stronger.

Game is fun but
The system for changing out characters needs severe work, you can hit deploy and it changes one character but you cannot select which one. So I’m stuck with bad characters in my party even though I have many better ones. Is there a fix to this?
Progress not saved
I have bounded my account, and everytime I log into the game, it resets and I start over from the beginning. It’s frustrating because I pulled an SSR on my first try, only to find out progress was not saved.
Bugged out
Downloaded this game and couldn’t log in for 2 days. Despite that, I still tried and got in. The game was fun enough, I played for an hour, closed the game. Next break at work I go to play again, and my progress was reset. Really annoying, but I played anyway. About another hour. Just went back to play and my progress was reset again.

This game had so much potential.
There was a lot of gameplay that was challenging enough to keep me interested and I played the game multiple times a day.
But one day I logged in and seemed to be a lot weaker- okay stat adjustment, not a huge deal that early.
I logged in another day and had my power doubled overnight. Okay, just weird.
A couple of days ago I purchased a ring package that I’ve been unable to redeem even at this point. I asked support if they could just give me the ring reward I wanted and they still want further verification past the screenshots and the fact an item I spent real money on to redeem instantly is still in my inventory 3 days later.
I purchased two monthly packs that worked well at first but not even halfway to 30 days I logged in an all the benefits are gone along with the option to purchase those packs.
I purchased the ad free package right at the beginning and logged in today and the options to watch a video for extra rewards are completely gone as well
If you’re F2P then I guess this stuff isn’t a big deal, but I definitely got ripped off by this game.
