Do not bother
It’s a scam, a poorly executed scam at that. They got me for 22$ don’t let them get you. Nothing here is real it’s all bots.
Dissatisfied
Substandard in most ways, but by far I’m most disappointed by repeated emails that I will be getting free elevated access for a few hours but I never actually do.
Not good at all
So I never leave reviews, but I fill I have too. This app claims they weed out the scammers and only maybe 10% get through. Well my experience was 100% got through, all four that I started messaging all they wanted was me to send them money or one even wanted me to give them a new iPhone. I had high hopes for this app being made by widow & widowers and for them but turns out they aren’t. Don’t ever buy or use this app it’s terrible. It’s not what they claim.

Costly, few users and unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money
There are very few users on this app and the cost is ridiculous. More worrying though was their attitude when I reported a full frontal nude photo on one of the male profiles. Firstly I was told that “ he was deleted” . Great I thought, no need to block him. However he then messaged me and asked “ did I like what I saw?” … uck what a creep. I went back to Chapter 2 & they admitted they had only deleted the photo (& not his profile). They said they couldn’t delete his profile for just a photo where he was standing nude. They suggested I block him ( which I subsequently did obviously) I went back to them & pointed out at length that although I had blocked him he was still on the site & able to manipulate other women. Bear in mind this is site for bereaved people and Chapter 2 marketing blurb promises a safe space for potentially vulnerable people who may not have dated for many years. What a joke! They eventually agreed to “give him a warning & monitor his behavior”. I get that they may not be able to stop exhibitionist weirdos posting inappropriate photos on their site ( although other sites vet photos using AI before posting so I presume they have not invested in this technology) However, they are completely responsible for how they deal with these situations once they arise and I don’t feel they dealt with this in a professional or open manner. For all these reasons, while I feel the premis of a dating site for bereaved people is a good one, I personally would steer away from Chapter 2 (& will not be using the free week premium access they offered me!!)

You spend all your time signing up and doing your profile and you can’t sign in with your password and email and they don’t respond to you
