Paid $10. Now it won’t open

This game is grossly overpriced. We played the free animal version a bit though and decided to pay to upgrade for a trip where we expected to wait in line a lot. Now it won’t even open. This is the type of game that should be $10 flat fee for lifetime in the first place. But, to pay $10 for a month and not even get to use it. Not cool
