Very unreliable. Expensive. Have had a problem very often. Needs a lot of work. App crashed everytime I tried to stop charging today. Had to force shut the charger directly

I have tried other applications as well but the user interface of this application is the best and also the support staff is very helpful and kind. Keep up the good work team.

One of the most seamless experience while charging my car at the select city walk charger. Cannot recommend a better app!
Worse car charging experience ever.
DO NOT USE THE TIME BASED CHARGING OPTION. The charging stations are not enabled with an auto cutoff feature. Which means if you select the half hour slot, it will not stop automatically once the half an hour is up (unlike every other EV charging station). I put my car for charging for half an hour, but since the machine didn’t automatically stop after half an hour, it kept charging my car and now my wallet is in negative amount. Not to mention the fact that I was harassed by one of their executives who called me to ask me to pay up.
Their solution to their machines not having an auto cut off feature is for the user to press the stop charging button.
