Dumb app

What's the point of promoting EVs when there are no charging stations at all?
Building EV apps without proper infrastructure is completely pointless.
The app Ul and functionality are good, but the EV charging infrastructure is as bad as the service at Mahindra dealerships-extremely disappointing..

Jab gaand me nahi tha guda to maidan me kyu kuda ??

Fix the real issues first: improve dealership service and build proper charging stations, then focus on apps.

Crashes when I try to sign up

App crashes each time I try to sign up for the first time on 15 plus. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling app multiple times. But of no use. Mahindra vehicle as a hardware is pretty solid. They lag in software quality everywhere be it vehicle or app like this.

Worst experience do not go for it

Mahindra’s EV charging application is one of the most unreliable and frustrating services I’ve experienced. I downloaded the app out of necessity at midnight after spotting a Mahindra 180 kW charger, recharged my account with ₹850, and yet the charger completely failed to initiate even after trying repeatedly for nearly an hour. Despite multiple connection attempts—seven or eight in total—the charging station simply did not work. When I reached out to Mahindra’s on-site assistance, they unhelpfully claimed that the issue was with my vehicle rather than their charger. However, when I used a nearby Adani charger immediately after, my vehicle charged perfectly, confirming that the Mahindra unit was at fault. Their customer support has been equally disappointing—after I demanded a refund, they stated that there is no refund policy and only promised to get back to me within 24 hours, yet even after five days, I received no resolution, no follow-up, and no refund. To make matters worse, the Mahindra app shows barely any charging points across the network, leaving drivers stranded with no backup options for hundreds of kilometers. This entire experience demonstrates Mahindra’s poor technical infrastructure, lack of accountability, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Based on this ordeal, I strongly advise others not to install or rely on Mahindra’s EV charging application under any circumstances.

No locations available in whole Gujarat

Before launching the application, you must launch Ev stations first. What is the meaning of having total 3 set ups in whole India.
