Another update and failure
Another update and the initial problem is still it fixed. Impossible to register a Thailand phone number. “Something’s wrong, try again later.” Even “better,” nobody answers the phone numbers printed on their charging stations, so apparently this whole company is some sort of joke.
Does not work
Tried to login. Doesn’t work. Try to reset password doesn’t work. Tried to sign up again says already signed up. Deleted app and redownloaded … the country code cannot select so cannot do anything. Wasted 20min just simply trying to charge and can’t even get anything to work.

App/charging station are terrible. No tech support either
The app is terrible as it continues to lags and freeze. Can’t get my car to charge for more than 25mins. Keeps cutting out. Very inconsistent in charging. Service desk only repeats what is said on their screen. Technical support is nowhere to be seen or heard. Their charging stations on my place is terrible and doesn’t work properly.

Their system never works. What a joke - SMS / OTP does not work so we cannot sign up.
