I’ve been using ChargeLock every day and it has helped me reduce unnecessary phone usage significantly. The app blocking feature works well, but there is one thing I would love to see improved.
Since app blocking on iOS depends on Screen Time permissions, sometimes the app needs to be opened again or refreshed after granting permissions for everything to work properly. As a user, I wonder if there could be a way to make this process more automatic and seamless in future updates.
Other than that, the app is excellent. It helps me stay focused, avoid distractions, reduce screen time, and build healthier phone habits. I’ve also noticed that using my phone less means fewer charging cycles, which can help maintain battery health over time.
