Terrible company, terrible chargers
Absolute waste of time with this company. All of their chargers never work, their app’s interface is just horrible. Don’t waste your time with this dog water company
Very Bad
First of all I cant contact customer support as the phone number immediately disconnects. The app itself does work although I’ve had to force close it 3 times already and this is the first time I’ve used it. The worst part is the network itself wants to put a $50 hold on my card. I only have $43 and I can’t even call the support number to ask them to help so now I’m stuck here. These are the reasons most people avoid buying an electric car all together.

Use the station for free food, well we charged for over an hour but you need to start it with the promotion to get it.
