Charging from there station was blunder

Charging was starting as it was showing time was booked by someone else then i selected second gun then it says you have already booked time slot, neither ways charging was getting started and on the top of this i recharged on this app, and the money is not reflecting on it now. Neither customer service picking up call.
Dont charge on there station
Pathetic!!!

Unable to add EVs

The charging infrastructure is great compared to the competitors, but the biggest problem here is the EV voucher, once deleted cannot add again. Even the customer service team is unable to resolve the issue. There is no workaround as well to bypass the “select ev” option to initiate charging. Please fix voucher problem or create a bypass route.

Charger works fine but location is bit boring

Charger works fine however the location is boring. It locked near puncture wala with a lot of tyres lying around.

Excellent Service and Availability | Reporting a UI Bug

Total amount left in the wallet is not rounded to 2 digits, this shifts the profile icon in the menu to the right and makes it inaccessible (iphone 15). I liked the previous app though. It was simpler.

PLLEEEEASSSEEEE Improve App

I really like the charze zone and the infra behind it, really appreciate the efforts.

This review is only for the application.
The app is very slow to open
It doesn’t work with slow internet connection
Application interface is also very laggy
GPS take time to load
If GPS points gets overlap with the charging location point, charging point details doesn’t open, which is very frustrating

App needs serious improvement.. buggy

The app needs proper testing. Considering this update is just 4 days old. Not optimised for screen sizes. “Profile” is outside the touch area and cannot be accessed. Then popups on charging continue to come on even when not in use.

Please overhaul the same

Do not use this - it does not work

I am right now in Marriot Bangalore and I came straight with 21 percentage of stars. Install this app. Paid two ₹50 recharged and after the recharge it’s not working at all, and it’s asking for OTP in the console, but there is no OTP, which is coming here. It’s a big problem with this charge zone. Please do not use this Very bad Support. I’ve been trying to call the Support number for the past 23 minutes. Nobody is picking up. Do not use.

Not good in comparison to others.

Poor location detection, confusing navigation on app, why should you prompt to book slots which also does not happens immediately. The support on call is really pathetic and cannot be compared to any other service provider. They also prompt to book before charging and does not listens, straight answer that came to me by a lady was that she can’t help. Have faced issues with JioBP, Static,Xbolt etc and can understand the hiccups but never faced issue with the support on call like ChargeZone.
