Llevo toda la mañana para intenrar pagar la fianza y ahora no me deja entrar porque dice que no está actualizada y me remite una y otra vez al store de apple sin darme otraopción. Muy malo el software

Este paquete de baterías no vale la pena por el problema que te hace pasar. Compre su propio cargador portátil en su lugar.
Didn’t register I gave it back
I plugged it back within the 12 hours and it didn’t register and charged me €30. The customer service is also non existent it seems.
Abusivo lo de la fianza
Con la excusa de haberse afiliado con el banco de Santander ahora te cobran la fianza obligatoria, al público objetivo de la app (gente joven) no les merece la pena/no pueden dejar una fianza tan alta, no voy a volver a usar esta app

la aplicación y la idea está guay pero me parece que 12h no son suficientes, con 24h no tendría que ir apurada a devolver la bateria.

Me sacó de un apuro
En el aeropuerto tenía poca batería y al ver el poste me di de alta en un par de minutos y pude cargar el iPhone sin problema. No está nada mal la idea. Gracias.

Dreadful App
Really want to use this App because they have a very convenient charging point which I’d like to use. But the App is in Spanish- there is no option for English. So, the Demo is pretty useless.
And they insist on stating which country I’m in: but (as others have said) the drop down menu doesn’t get off “A”, so I’m stuck in “Andora” which is fractionally nearer than “Afghanistan “!
I won’t give them my Credit Card details until this App is useable.

Useless in UK
Char.gy points are located near my workplace.
This app asks me for my country of location but the drop-down menu does not allow me to put in England or UK; I get stuck in Afghanistan or Angola.
When I get into the app I can’t use the settings to change my location.
Neither can I see the charge points in Leicester that I know belong to Char.gy.
Hopeless.
Have deleted it

Un timo en toda regla
Es una buena idea, pero no hay casi locales
Estando en plena estación de Atocha (sitio céntrico y lleno de locales) la app me ofrecía como más cercano un bar al final de la Gran vía (muy lejos caminando)... me salía más barato entrar a un chino y comprar un cargador de un par de euros. Cuando la necesité no la pude usar. No merece la pena

Puedes cargar gratis todo el tiempo que quieras y moverte por donde quieras sin separarte del teléfono! Carga rapidísimo!! Super recomendable!
