Can’t create new account
Signed up for a charity run that uses this app to track activity. It won’t allow me to create an account and keeps saying contact administrator, but no contact information.
I want to see MY team
You cannot see your team’s progress on the app. I have to look on the computer. It’s really weird that this is a team challenge but I can’t see my team.
Won’t allow new signup
App wouldn’t take my new signup. Error message said to contact site admin.
Missing features
Don’t do daily updates automatically with Apple Watch unless app is open and select device integration!

This app is amazing! The new update really streamlines the user experience! I volunteer at a few non profits and this app is a perfect way to fundraise!! I would absolutely recommend to everyone!!

Just completed a workplace challenge to fundraise for a nonprofit, great team, very user friendly and most importantly pairs fitness with giving back ! Great platform for Nonprofits to fundraise and for Employers to run workplace challenges!
Update is awesome!
The app just updated recently and this new update totally changed the game for me. I wasn’t all that impressed with the previous version, with the demanding location services and the inaccurate workouts, but now it is great and everything works so smoothly.
Login broken
It tells me my email or password is wrong but I’m logging in on my laptop just fine. I’ve changed my password but it still won’t work.
Too demanding
I use four similar apps and they want to use my location. This app makes the same request BUT it wants to track me ALL THE TIME. 'While using' isn't good enough for them. Hey guys, this is for charity. You don't need to know where I'm at when I'm not logging steps with you. I'll continue to use the other four apps that respect my privacy better.

Broken Login
I’d love to give this app a better rating but the login system is broken.
It will let me change my password so I know my login is correct. But if I try to login I’m told my login or password are wrong. If I try to create a new login I get a server error.
Facebook login works fine but that’s not where my campaign info is.
Normally I would report it on the site rather than a negative review but there was no obvious way to do so.
