Terrible app
I’ve been using this for around 6 months now. Today it makes me login & create a new password. I have to select my building again & it doesn’t list my company. It says it needs to send me another email to verify my account. Again.

Significant downgrade from Charli 1
Ordering a coffee now takes so many steps it’s faster for me to order in person or even make one myself in the office. The new app design for cafe purchases is atrocious. There’s been little UX consideration. People who want coffee in a rush don’t want to scroll past all the Breakfast items just because Coffee starts with C. Also options don’t even make sense. What is an Out, and Out Medium and an Out Large? Is that takeaway? The whole app feels like it’s been mostly vibe coded by AI

Doesn't work
After confirming through my work email, the app says my email isn't associated with my work. Locking me out of all features. Fantastic design.
