I like the concept of the game, although it seems to freeze every 5 seconds. If the app was fixed, I’d love it…..
Fun game but has lot stop working problems
Game stops working a lot have to restart game. Have quest for items I can’t even make because none of shops make the item. and can’t get new quest to replace.

Doesn’t load any more
I loved playing this game. But now I can’t get into it any more because it says I have no wifi connection. I tried on my tablet and on my phone. Tried fore 3 days. Tried with wifi, data. Without and with different ones. Also tried downloading it again 4 different times. Sorry to see a game fail this badly. Can’t even get into the game to ask for help.😩I would give it a .1%

No wifi
The issue persists that the no internet connection shows up and doesn’t let you play. It worked for me the first time and never again after that. This has been an ongoing issue for years it seems, however despite the insistence that it’s been fixed, I’ve seen no changes.
Bad
So hard to make money your making us open new land when it takes over a week to collect all the land bits
Cute….but
Let’s start with the good. The graphics are nice and the game itself is cute and engaging. On to the bad. It becomes very difficult to craft items and make money. When all is said and done you lose more than you make. It becomes a never ending cycle. I’d like to decorate my little village but you just can’t make the money to do that. You wait soooooo long for resources so it becomes not even worth it.

Upload played for a few hours closed the app and now won’t open keeps saying there’s no internet, well there is BC i pay the bill every month……..DELETE!
Not worth it
Game constantly tells me I have no connection, I can no longer get into the game. This is an ongoing issue as I’ve google how to resolve this issue and it goes back years. Do not wast your time.

I used to play a game called sunken secrets, I’m wondering if you were the makers of that aswell? Only the runes and other bits are just like it and i absolutely loved that game. Me and 2 of my children are hooked on this game, it’s amazing live everything about it, apart from some of the daily tasks take ages and it costs too many things to open another part of land. Apart from that it’s the best 😊

Loading issue
I have been playing the game for a while and was on level 21 the first time I saw the ‘no wifi’ notification. I removed the game and reinstalled it and it was fine until I reached level 22. I am receiving the same message and nothing is working to correct the issue this time

Was really enjoying the game and even bought some bonuses - but now it won’t connect and there seems to be no help and information
Stellar game
I don’t mind saying I play this game for hours everyday. The characters and animals are fun and interactive. The quests are easy and achievable. The levels do not take forever to level up. I consider this a near perfect game.

Can’t get into the game anymore!
I’ve been playing for some time now and devoting much time to it. I was absolutely loving the game until it stopped letting me in claiming I had no Internet connection. It does this repeatedly. Usually it does that here and there, not very often. Now, it has locked me out for almost 2 days no matter what I do or try. I play a couple of other games that never do this. I find this completely unacceptable because I have invested some money into the game, all for nothing.

Problems with app on iPad
I am continually getting a ‘not connected to internet’ error on my game when I am connected and it is annoying as I am unable to advance and I am losing a lot of time and if I happen to be using the 24 hour speed option I am losing that as well as the game refuses to load. I cannot delete and then reinstall the app as I shall then lose everything. Please fix the issue.
