I’m very frustrated with this game. I’d reached level 3267 and the thing crashed. I tried resetting it, I looked for any updates and took every possible measure to make it work. For three days it wouldn’t allow me to play.
I reloaded it and it took me back to level one. I will Not start over. Disgusting.

Game freezes and unable to .
Waste of money. I have on 3 different electronic devices and it just stopped working on both IOS and android devices
Love the Game but…
Trouble loading and loss of rewards almost drove me to delete for ever.
Very disappointed
After years of playing this game which I love, suddenly kept freezing up. Did all the recommended suggestions it stated to do to restart the game. None of it worked. Ended up having to I install the app & reinstall to work. I lost the level I was on and now back to square one 😡
Not working
The game has been frozen for two days, I’ve written several times to the support team and received no response other than an automated registration number. Very frustrating and dissappointing.
Can’t even get in to play
Or get to settings to send an email. My iPad works fine for everything else but now I just get endlessly kicked out. I’m pretty much maxed out on levels, and have played for years, but this may be the end of the road. I’ve restarted my iPad multiple times, gone in through the App Store, and nothing helps. Plus it really doesn’t help that you have to click out of a lot of things before you even get to the game. It’s a mess.

Game is on day two of being frozen. This is the second time this has happened in about a month. The first time it resolved after half a day. This time it’s more than 24 hours.

I have tried to play Charm King for two days. I had to uninstall the game in order for it to work again. I just purchased 120 gold bars for $8.00 I was on level 4,459. Now I have started all over!!! I want a refund!
