I had to delete the app because it wouldn’t load after having it for a couple years, I lost all my status my lives hours etc very disappointed I thought it would load up again and with my account start up where I Left off

Ads ruined the game! Long time player review
I started paying in 2020. The only game I played, and I watched optional ads to gain more moves when needed. It was a fun game. Played several times a day and loved the weekends when I could play for 8 hours.
NOT NOW! Win or lose on a level and you’re forced to watch a long ad. Every single level. I refuse to be forced to watch ads for things I have absolutely no interest in. So, I play a level and close the app when the ad starts. It takes much less time to re-open the game than watch an ad! This game has become my random, and seldom played “filler” game while I wait for lives or my other truly ad free match 3 games.
I don’t know anyone who would want to spend 1 min of ads to play a 2 min game level.
When I started playing I. 2020, this game had 100,000 users. Now it’s at about 19,000. That tell you anything? I thought about deleting it, and still might, but for now, I play maybe 10 min a couple of times a week. Greed…ruins the best of everything.

This used to be my favourite game but it has become so annoying with constant ads. Not short ads 90 to 120 seconds ads after every game.Its lost me.

Absolute rubbish. Got to level 2142 with a few problems. Now fed up with game crashing and using lives when still got moves left. Also not registering when a level has been completed.

Have enjoyed playing this game for many years. The amount of ads drive me absolutely crazy. Please do something about this.
SO MANY GLITCHES, NO ONE RESPONDS
Have played daily for years. Scrolls are useless. Once again today, I start to play and before I can make a move, it cuts out and asks me if I want to try again. This happens over and over the past few weeks even though when working correctly, I ALWAYS finish on the first try. WORSE, today I played the entire dig for treasure event, have screen shots to prove it. Yet they don’t give me the gold prize nor let me play the event I have already just won any further.

I think you need to add more and longer ads. I mean, you should really even interrupt the game play. You are so smart to figure out that all we really wanted from Charm King was to watch commercials. There is still a bit of game time you can screw with. More and longer ads please. Eventually everyone will all get tired of it and delete you. Hey. No more problems. You’re so smart

Das seit einiger Zeit eine Werbung von der AfD bzw eines AfD-Mitglied angezeigt wird, ist unverständlich und nicht akzeptabel, auch nicht wenn es auf „alles Müller oder was“ harmlose Art dargestellt wird. Die Entwickler sollten wirklich prüfen! , welche Werbung angezeigt werden kann. Ich finde das unmöglich.
