Error
So when I try to play it keeps on saying error and it’s getting on my nerves so I hope they can fix this because this has been happening to me for 12 days and I tried everything to make it work but it doesn’t want to work so please fix it

If your not going to fix it please just take it off the App Store,it’s almost been a full year since it broke,yes I know there is like 1 dev but still,any other app on here apple normally takes off if it doesn’t work (5 starts so people see)

So I recently downloaded the Charstar app and I always says “Error: characters cannot be loaded” or something like that. I downloaded this so I can give it a try and it gives me a that error message every time. Please fix this I really would like to try this app out. Thanks!

why my charstar dont have a character? when i open the app, the system said that they cant load the character😭😭😭
It broke.
I used to use this app a while ago. It was pretty decent, the messages were slightly repetitive but you could fix it by regenerating. I deleted the app for a little bit and I came back, but now the whole app is failing to load the characters. It’s just an empty screen with headers. It’s really annoying and I would be really happy if you guys could fix it.

This app doesn't work.
Upon logging in, I get a message the app was unable to load any character, mind you I don't have any yet. Then when I try to create one, it wont go past the 3 step character making because it keep failing when I try to upload a characters. And that's as far as it goes.
Can’t even use it or the website without “subscribing”!
Don’t even know how good or bad it is, because any character I try to chat with says “Charstar is temporarily unavailable. Subscribe in the iPhone app” and has for a few days now.
Quite ridiculous they’re trying to have you subscribe just to chat-I doubt the message will ever change, and this seems like a cash grab when other AI chatbot services at least let you do a few messages for free…

Hi, ich benutze C.ai und Chai sehr gerne wegen des Designs und das sie kein Limit haben. Das Design bei Charstar hat mir sofort sehr gefallen! Aber irgendwie habe ich versucht einem bot zu schreiben und er antwortet immer mit „Charstar is temporarily offline. Subscribe via our phone app.“….hä..? Könnt ihr das bitte fixen Charstar? Hat mich echt sehr enttäuscht. :(

What is the point?
This is only five stars, so more of you people see it. I recently downloaded this app (like hours ago) and it keeps saying “Charstar is down please subscribe via our iphone app” When I’m already on the app. It doesn’t make any sense, so I can’t do anything on this app. It looked so promising. What a waste.
