Got my chart wrong
Okay, so I’ve been told by every site and app that I’m a Capricorn moon right? Cafe Astrology, Pattern, TimePassages all say I’m a Capricorn moon. So I’m shocked to see according to this app I’m a Sag moon. It’s just not a very accurate chart reader but other than that, I like the idea of the app, y’all just need to get your info right lol

unable to cancel subscription
So there’s an option to do a free three day trial and then after the third day you get charged by the month. However, there is no real place to cancel your subscription. It doesn’t show up in your Apple subscriptions. It doesn’t show up in your App Store subscriptions and the website on the app actually you to an empty blank website where you can buy the domain lol. So do I just get charged forever or?

Completely incorrect
Everything has been completely wrong for days now, after I’d just paid for a subscription!
One of the Best Apps For Free
Although you can pay for a subscription to be able to look at sidereal charts, etc, this app in my opinion has a lot more than other astrology apps at no cost.
What is happening?
Used the app since 2020 and recently have an issue with my personal

Issues with UI
I’ve been using charts for years now at this point, and it’s always been my go to. However now when I open it the outer circle covers up the signs and planets on the chart. I’m only able to know where things are at by looking below in the data sections. I still use it but would really like an update to fix the UI issues.

Incorrect information
I’ve been paying for the pro version of this app for a while now, and all of a sudden my chart as well as everyone else’s I have is blatantly wrong, starting with the sun sign which should be the easiest to determine.

Issues with Charts+
At first I loved this app however I’m having some major issues. I’ve subscribed to Charts+ but my account won’t let me utilize any of it’s benefits. I go to the Charts+ tab and it tells me to suscribe. Whenever I try to it just tells me I’m already subscribed. I can’t see any of the “exclusive” content like Lilith, Part of Fortune, etc. I can’t do the synastry readings, nothing. I’ve tried cancelling my subscription and resigning up for it but nothing has worked. I’m seriously confused and disappointed by this because if I’m paying $4.49 a month I should receive the services I’m paying for! There doesn’t seem to be any customer support I can go to to try and have the issue resolved :(

I need help
Idk where to do this or how to contact the company but I subscribed to this on an old phone of mine but when I look at the old phone it says I don’t have a subscription- but yet I get charged every month. My new phone has a new Apple ID - so I’m sure that’s the problem why it didn’t/doesn’t transfer over but I can’t even cancel the subscription on my old phone because it basically says it doesn’t exists 🤨🤨

I really love this app, but I hate that you can’t share the charts with anyone. I want to share my chart sometimes, but that is not an option here.

it glitches so houses are off and it’s not accurate 24/7… pls fix this!!!!
uninstalled and lost all my birth charts saved
i just reinstalled the app because i’m saving birth charts again, but i stopped for 5 months after i lost everything :(
the app was glitching and i had restarted my phone 3 times and it still wasn’t working. idk why but i thought because i had charts+ it would have all my charts saved to my email or my phone idk.
i uninstalled the app and when i reinstalled it a minute later, all my charts that i had gotten, so many memories and conversations, gone. i know it sounds dramatic but i cried.
this is/was my favourite astrology chart app. i had a subscription, my charts should’ve 100% been saved. there should be a feature for us to login to save our charts.

This app is okay for beginners who just want lists of superficial things. There is not much that’s developmental about it, nor is it very descriptive. Don’t insert your information unless you want the app to have it forever because there is NO settings icon and NO way to delete your account. It’s childlike, and unprofessional. If you want an app that will GET YOU STARTED, then this might be okay if you like the lay-out (which i did not). Astrology apps (especially the initially free ones) can be hot or miss, and I’m sorry to say this one for me is a MISS.

This app saves nothing. Don’t waste your time
I got a new phone and lost all 40+ charts I have saved. You don’t make an account on this app so once it’s gone it’s gone even if you pay for premium which I did. I’ll never use this app again. I’m so upset I lost every chart I had saved.
