The ChartWise Mobile app gives clinical documentation improvement specialists and healthcare providers an easy and secure method of replying to clarification queries.
To use ChartWise Mobile, your facility must be a ChartWise customer and you must be an authorized user with ChartWise credentials. Your user name and password are required to access the application. Security role rights related to your user credentials may impact the functionality you have available to you.
