So much for lifetime plan

Bought this lifetime plan and there were no terms that had advised of use limits. Use the program today minimally and then it generates an incorrect request and then asks me to upgrade and pay $400 for 5x more use or $900 for 20x more use. What a scam! So much for a pro lifetime program. Maybe do a better job defining use limitations.
