Misleading limits and refund problems
This app used to receive much better reviews before the developer introduced much stricter usage limits. Those older reviews no longer reflect the current experience.
In my experience, the app is only useful for one short conversation or one simple case before it asks you to pay again. It is not suitable for longer or more complex work.
After these limits were introduced, I also experienced significant problems obtaining a refund. Although my refunds were eventually approved, the process was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app. Read the newest reviews, not just the old 5-star ratings.
