Bad service
Paid for the bot and it couldn’t draft an answer to any essay questions. Would like a full refund as the bot doesn’t work.
Always technical errors
I purchased the one year subscription and feel awful because this app consistently has technical difficulties when I seek output after putting in a prompt. The developers should have tested and tested some more before offering the app to the public to pay a one year subscription. It’s a great app when there aren’t any technical difficulties. There are more technical difficulties than the actual user experience.
