Out of curiosity, is the latest version (2.5) working for you now? We made some major changes, and things seem to be going smoothly for the users we’ve spoken to. Our apologies once again. — Our apologies for the inconsistency! To give you the short version: a hacker gained access to the secret key that we use to interact with our AI services and then ran our bill all the way up until access was cut off. We've discarded the compromised key and taken additional measures to guard against these bad actors. Everything should be working 100% fine now. Thanks for your patience & understanding.
