Waste of money. It leads you to think you can have personalized messages but all it has is generic ones.

We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you expected. The video calls are pre-set and can’t be customized, but the chat does allow fully personalized interactions with the characters. The AI bot replies in real time, staying in character and keeping the experience safe for children. It also takes into account what you write — such as your name, favorite gifts, or whether you’ve been good — to make the conversation feel more personal. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue improving the app.
