Bait and Switch
I paid for a lifetime subscription for Chat Pen AI and have the receipt from Apple confirming my lifetime subscription. However, the app won’t honor it. Don’t trust this app! They will take your money and refuse to honor your subscription.

All my saved chats are GONE!
After the last update, developer decided to add login requirement and all of my previous chats are GONE! Now you can’t use this app without loging in. All of my valuable information is now deleted without any warning. This app already had many problems and inconsistencies before the update! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
