I’ve been using Chathouse for a while and love that I can try different AI models until I find the best one for me. Otherwise, I‘d have to subscribe to every other one. You get it all in a blender. The user interface is smooth and beautiful. Gemini is my favorite model but their Gemini app isn’t the best so I‘ve been using their API through Chathouse and I‘m getting best of both worlds.
You can use the app in many different ways. There are already options of personalities to choose from, and you can even create your own! Not to mention also uploading character cards others share in the rolepaying commenites or you can use it to study, brainstorm, write etc no one holds you back.
All I ask for now is an Astrologer personality to be added, or a witch! Oh wait.. I can do it myself!
The Pro plan is a great deal for how much it offers you. To be honest you probably wouldn’t need the Pro+ unless you’re an enthusiastic like me. I know that the amounts of models you can try is overwhelming, but it’s a journey I enjoy going through.
When it comes to privacy, it’s highly valued here. You can host your own AI including multiple options of on-device voice input models. So your conversations will never leave your phone.
I believe Chathouse has great potential, many features can be added to enhance the user experience, I can’t wait to see it grow!
