Little Issue

I’m giving 2 stars cause of one problem. The service is good but I don’t understand why it says “oops something went wrong” when you guys only gave 7 free messages/questions to ask. Sometimes I’ll be clicking try again the free message will reduce while my message/question didn’t go through.
