About
Chatbox brings all your chat apps together into one inbox. Instead of
switching between messaging apps to keep up with customers, teammates, and
friends, you connect the accounts you already use and every conversation
flows into a single, clean inbox you can read, reply to, and organize from
one place.
Chatbox does not create new accounts on the platforms you connect. It links
to the accounts you already have, the same way you would sign in to them on
a new device, and relays your conversations into one unified view.
What you can do in Chatbox:
- Read and reply to conversations from all your connected apps, side by
side in one thread list
- Send text, photos, videos, voice notes, and files, and see reactions and
edits as they happen
- Let Chatbox draft a reply for you: an automated draft written from the
context of the conversation, ready for you to review, edit, and send
- Organize chats into folders, and filter by app when you need to
- Translate a message inline with one tap, in the language you read
- Schedule a message to go out later, even when your phone is closed
- Create new group chats on your connected platforms without leaving
Chatbox
- Bring a small team into the same inbox, so more than one person can help
customers without sharing a phone
Under the hood, Chatbox is messaging infrastructure. A growing set of
connectors links popular chat platforms into your inbox, and the same
connector API lets businesses plug in other apps and build their own
integrations on top. As new connectors arrive, your one inbox keeps
growing to match the apps you actually use.
Chatbox is built for people juggling more than one messaging app: small
business owners answering customers across platforms, support teams
sharing an inbox, and anyone tired of switching apps to find one
conversation.
Your account stays your own. Chatbox relays messages on your behalf
between your connected platforms and your inbox, and does not read your
conversations for any purpose beyond delivering them to you. See our
privacy policy for the full detail on what we collect and why.
