I need help; whenever I try to load into ChatC it’s showing just grey, and not letting me chat even though I just started, what do I do? I’ve tried restarting my phone, as well exiting & re-entering the app!

I like this app so much but I have to ask on quick question is there a daily refresh on chat messages like can I waste all of my free messages on one day and the they automatically refresh and come back the day after?
