App not working
I’ve had Chatie for about 2 years and it was working just fine but after I updated it last year I haven’t used it since until I tried too recently but when I did
its been saying “Connection error
A problem has occurred. please try again.” and hasn’t been working since and I’m also unable to access the site to reach app support and I have no idea way

App difficulty
I love it but I can only use it when I turn WiFi off and just use data I use to be able to use it with WiFi but now it’s just says connection error unless I turn WiFi off then it allows to load any one else experience it?
App difficulties
This app is very good, though I will say that this app has not allowed me to create stories or even get past the loading screen, whenever I try to do something on the app it just shows the loading screen with the words “connection error” in the middle of the screen.
Loading in problems.
App is a great alternative for WIT. But the loading screen takes forever to load. It’s been 3 months and still hasn’t let me loaded in yet even after waiting for hours. It will only ask for notifications to be on or a problem has occurred.

i would like to give this app a five but if i haven’t been on it for a few minutes it won’t lode even if i re stall it and delete it and that , what i have to do is delete it for a few days and then re download it and it should work signs but i dont wanna be doing that every time, i should be able to leave the app and come back to it. all together it is a good app if it didnt have that flaw please fix.

App won’t even open when connected to the internet (various apps and websites of varying nature and age rating work so I know it’s not like my internet is classing it as an adult app) yet when using mobile data it works fine. I’d like to give it 5 stars for how good it is WHEN it works, however I have to halve the rating due to it not being available via Wi-Fi/internet connection.

Whenever I go on the app it says connection error and I’ve tried everything but nothing is working can anyone help
One issue
I use this app for YouTube to make fake messages with exposing and stuff & there’s been quite an issue. Sometimes it’s errors and it deletes the pictures for my character sometimes & when I read the stories some of them are very inappropriate and obnoxiously disgusting.

I love this app so much and i use it to make youtube videos however recently its not been allowing me on the app saying “Connection error a problem has occurred please try again? and ive tried everything ive turned my wifi on and off ive pressed try again I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it many times ive left it for a few days to see if that would work and its still not working please fix this or tell me how because i love this app very much one of the best ive tried

Broken app
I’ve previously used this app on an alternate device and it’s worked perfectly. However, and I’m not completely sure whether this is an issue just for me, when I got my new phone this app completely stopped working. I can’t create or edit my old stories without an error message popping up and I can’t switch to a different account either as it will not allow me to. I’ve tried to fix it various ways: deleting and reinstalling the app, logging out and logging back in, restarting my phone, restarting the app. No matter what I try it still doesn’t work. I even tried to get in touch with help, but it wouldn’t let me on the app so I had to click on the help email on the Apple Store. They sent me an email straight afterwards sending me links to web articles that don’t relate to my problem whatsoever and told me to get in touch inside the app. Which I can’t do… they still haven’t properly reached out to me either and it’s been 2-3 weeks.

In the description it says all free but in reality most stories you have to pay for.
Just a little fact
I really like this app but I feel like it would be better if you allow us to send videos yk like i feel like more people would use it but personally it’s a great app just could use some changes and i would use this everyday if they made it where you can send videos in a story kinda like wit.

I love the app to write fake story and more but the problem is the payout you should have more options like Venmo and Cash app not just PayPal
