Register button doesn’t work after filling all the details.
App doesn’t work
You can’t even order anything on the app. It doesn’t even list the location near to me. There’s no way to order a drink or earn points like it says and I’m just disappointed.

App won’t even open. Just force closes. What a waste!
Finally- an app that’s easy to use
This is an easy to use app. Signup is straight forward and instant. I don’t need to answer a million questions. Just a phone number or email address.
I can earn points straight away and redeem soon after. It even tells you when you qualify for a free drink. Works in-store and online.

Unable to spend store credit 😭😭
There's an option on the app to load money onto your cha time wallet for a discount so I did, but there's NO way to spend it either in-app or in-person. I've asked several cha time employees and NONE of them know how to use it!!! SO SAD 😭😭😭😭

Can’t open the app anymore??? It just crashes when I try to open it and I checked to make sure it didn’t need an update I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but nope? So I love the store and teas but this app makes me upset
