Hey manny Sorry to hear that you are disappointed with using Chat It AI assistant. We would like to clarify that we can not charge you before the trial ends. Apple are the ones that responsible for charging only after trial ends and we can not do anything from our end. We would also like you to know that we have many other models than GPT and you can enjoy using them as long as your subscription is active :) As for the refund, we already emailed you the step by step guide to ask a refund from apple. Hope you are satisfied with our answer

One of the most useful tools I believed will be having throughout my entire life. You do have to be willing to train your own skills in how to make the best of the app. Trust me; once you have mastered it you’ll have everything organized and have increased your productivity exponentially.
