Look at this company on trustpilot “Customers frequently express dissatisfaction with the refund process, noting that requests are often denied despite their official policies.” I guess at least I’m not the only one? Will be requesting a charge back through my bank, I encourage everyone to do the same.

Restore purchase doesn’t work
I have paid using Google account but on my iPhone, when I am clicking to restore purchase, there is no response on the link. Please enable so that the service can be availed for which the payment is done.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we do not have a web version and login via Google account, we only have the app in the App Store. The service you are talking about is a completely different application with a different owner, it does not belong to us. If you have a subscription with another third-party web-service, it cannot be transferred to ours. We would appreciate it if you would delete your review so as not to mislead other users. simply awful - impossible to get support or cancel Had to file charge back with cc company. A useless fraud.
