Doesn’t Work
I haven’t been able to launch this app once. Every time I started it goes thru the process of asking me how I want to login. I select Google account, it authenticates then starts to launch a red box pops with a lengthy error indicating “header not found” then it spins and becomes unresponsive.

You took money from my account and this ChatPub doesn’t work. Everytime I ask something it comes up opps an error has occurred.

I can’t Cancel
I didn’t Cancel now I can’t due to Apple needing payment and I not really using the current Credit card anymore so if anything I just need a Cancel from here at least something, I don’t know how to cancel this without downloading it

It suddenly has stopped working even though my subscription has five more months left. I have reached out everywhere, but it is really hard to get any help.
Don’t have access
It’s been over two months since the last time I was able to access the app. I upgraded my phone to a iPhone pro max 16 and it keeps saying it’s going to send a notification to my old phone when I do not have it. Tried to login with my email it doesn’t work.
