Can’t sign in
I’m trying to sign in with my email, and it’s glitched out and won’t let me advance to the password prompt. I just updated it hoping to would fix it… nope. On an iPhone 13…. Janky!
Can’t log in!
I just tried to login with my email and it won’t even let me go to the password part, it’s like the keyboard blocks it and there’s no next and there’s no return… it’s just a bunk app.
Get smart
Main complaint is the crazy number of “males” signed up as females. Are you trying to trick the straight males and see them naked? If you are gay and want to see other men, it makes more sense to register as a male. And any other gay men could set their settings to search for men. That way us straight men don’t have to deal with you. We have our settings set to search for females.

Your update removed the ability to turn off camera makes the app only video chat which absolutely sucks.

Was much better with NSFW 18+ filter
Majority of people using this have their camera pointed away from themselves/slightly out of shot until they think it's "safe". It was far, far better and more popular when there was an 18+ filter to split people between those who want normal chats and those looking for nsfw chats. Now it's just a mess to use.

Subscription wouldn’t cancel wasnt showing up on google active subscriptions list and was still getting billed and was unable to cancel had to remove payment methods from google they couldn’t help me either with there internal system

Don’t pay the filters don’t work no matter what. In the female filters there’s a ton of Indian guys and Chatrandom bans you for no reason if your actually paying for a subscription. But won’t ban people using wrong gender filter.

Its good app fun to use and meet and have fun on but wish that you wouldnt have to pay for the country filter and for it to be more like camsurf where u can choose the countries u wanna match with

I keep getting banned for no reason it says nudity but I showed none of my body parts I’ve been banned twice I really think there should be a false report because this is making me very mad but over all it’s a pretty good app I recommend but there’s a lot of nudity I highly recommend though.
To many imperfections
1. To many people with incorrect gender. 2. Inability to match people with same connection speeds. 3. Auto skipping 4. To many bots with black screens to fill lack of users. 5. PermaBans for identifying your age to prevent age issues. 6. Language translation doesn’t always work. List can go on... I’ve tested their app for the past couple months will be trying another. Beware though all of these apps are linked, they share same user base, you may link with someone using camsurf or some other app. So the experience is different.

Bad customer service
I wasn’t able to report a minor so I sent an email to them telling them about the situation on why they should be banned a few days ago but I never heard a response back I sent my 3 email out today hopefully they will respond to me
