Worst App I’ve ever used
Got an alert this morning about my salary so tried to go online to see what the issue was, but had to re-sign up, again. Convenient. Then noticed my payroll that is supposed to go into my checking account automatically is sitting in my savings not transferred. More convenience. Still cannot sign in to my mobile banking even though I’ve signed up online -Sent messages for assistance & no one responds. It’s a thousand wonders I’m not thrilled beyond all possible imagination, wouldn’t you be? I have no phone service in my area so I have no choice but to text or email - you guessed it - that doesn’t work either. We’re changing banks. It’s foolish to entrust my banking to something that is so unresponsive.
